Sanatan Dham hosts sacred traditional Vedic chants, Aartis, Bhajans, Shlokas, and devotional artwork. Much of the traditional spiritual texts (such as ancient Vedic Mantras and traditional Aartis) belong to the public cultural domain of Sanatan Dharma.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Original audio recordings, customized music arrangements, 4K animated wallpapers, app graphics, logo designs, and application software code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws owned by Sanatan Dham or authorized content providers.

3. Copyright Infringement & Take-down Policy

We respect copyright ownership. If you are a copyright holder or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on Sanatan Dham infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Exact identification and location (URL or content title) of the alleged material within the app.
• Your contact information (full legal name, phone number, and physical/email address).
• A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the material is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
