1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Sanatan Dham mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Description of Service

Sanatan Dham provides a digital devotional platform featuring audio Aartis, Bhajans, Mantras, guided Meditation sounds, downloadable Ringtones, 4K animated Live Wallpapers, and Devotional Movies. Access to basic features is free, while exclusive ad-free high-bitrate streaming and unlimited downloads require an active VIP Premium subscription.

3. VIP Subscriptions & AutoPay Mandates

Sanatan Dham offers optional VIP Premium subscriptions billed on a recurring basis via UPI AutoPay / e-Mandate powered by Razorpay:

• Introductory Trial Payment: Selected plans feature a ₹1, ₹5, or ₹10 introductory payment charged on Day 1.
• Recurring AutoPay Mandates: Following the introductory period, your authorized UPI mandate automatically renews your subscription at the official plan cap (e.g. ₹50/week for Weekly, ₹149/month for Monthly, ₹599/quarter for Quarterly).
• Mandate Cancellation: You can cancel your recurring AutoPay mandate at any time directly through your UPI App (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or by contacting Sanatan Dham Support prior to the renewal date.
• Refund Policy: Introductory trial payments and recurring subscription debits are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical billing errors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, audio recordings, video compositions, wallpapers, graphics, and software code contained in Sanatan Dham are the exclusive property of Sanatan Dham or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream and view content within the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or rip audio/video streams from the App.
• Re-distribute, re-sell, or broadcast Sanatan Dham media for commercial gain without explicit written consent.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract application content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sanatan Dham is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanatan Dham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, network interruptions, or payment gateway delays.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
