• Device & Identifiers: Unique Device Identifier (FCM Device ID), Android advertising ID, IP address, OS version, device model, and network state for push notification routing and app diagnostics.
• App Usage Data: Favorites saved, audio playback history, ringtone set history, wallpaper downloads, and app interaction telemetry.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Subscription status, billing period (weekly, monthly, quarterly), Razorpay subscription ID, and transaction state. Note: We do NOT collect or store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords. All payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Providing audio playback, wallpaper sets, ringtone downloads, and devotional content streaming.
• Managing your VIP Premium membership status and validating Razorpay subscription mandates.
• Sending devotional push notifications (such as daily morning Mantras, Aartis, or new ringtone releases) via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Improving app performance, fixing technical bugs, and monitoring server health.
• Responding to customer support inquiries and processing account deletion requests.

3. Push Notifications & Messaging

With your explicit device permission, we send push notifications to notify you of daily devotional updates, new Aartis, or subscription statuses. You can opt out or disable notification permissions anytime in your Android device settings.

4. Payment & Razorpay Integration

All financial transactions for Sanatan Dham VIP Premium are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When subscribing to a plan (Weekly ₹1/₹50, Monthly ₹5/₹149, or Quarterly ₹10/₹599), Razorpay processes your payment instrument. We receive only transaction confirmations, subscription IDs, and renewal timestamps.

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We integrate reliable third-party service providers to power app features:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: Analytics, Push Notifications (FCM), and Crashlytics.
• Razorpay: Payment gateway and subscription recurring mandate engine.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Fast audio and video content streaming delivery.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures, including HTTPS TLS encryption in transit and database access controls. While we take every reasonable precaution, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. You have the full right to request account deletion at any time via our Delete Account Page. Upon receipt, all account credentials and favorites will be permanently purged within 30 days, except records retained for statutory tax/legal compliance.

8. Children's Privacy

Sanatan Dham is a devotional app suitable for family audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent.

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data, or opt out of promotional communications by contacting our support team.
