VIP Subscription & Billing Policy

1. How VIP Subscription Works

Sanatan Dham VIP Premium is a recurring subscription service designed for users who desire an uninterrupted, ad-free devotional experience with full access to high-definition movies, ringtone downloads, and 4K animated wallpapers.

2. Configurable Plan Structure & AutoPay Mandates

When subscribing to Sanatan Dham VIP Premium, the subscription is authorized via Razorpay UPI AutoPay under NPCI recurring mandate guidelines. The subscription structure includes two components:

3. Initial Payment vs. Mandate Authorization

• Initial Payment (Day 1): You pay a small introductory fee (e.g. ₹1 for Weekly, ₹5 for Monthly, ₹10 for Quarterly) charged instantly upon checkout.
• Mandate Cap: The UPI AutoPay authorization screen displays the maximum mandate ceiling (e.g. ₹50, ₹149, or ₹599). This guarantees that Razorpay cannot charge above the authorized plan cap.
• First Recurring Debit: Recurring billing starts automatically after the initial trial delay period ends.

4. Payment Security & Provider

All subscription payments are powered by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. Sanatan Dham does not access or store your bank credentials, card details, or UPI PINs.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You have the full right to cancel your VIP subscription recurring mandate at any time without penalty:

• Option A (UPI Mobile App): Open your UPI App (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM) > Go to Autopay / Mandates > Select Sanatan Dham / Razorpay Mandate > Click Pause or Cancel Mandate.
• Option B (App Settings): Open Sanatan Dham > Go to Profile > VIP Subscription > Tap Cancel Subscription Mandate.
• Option C (Phone / Email Support): Call or WhatsApp our support team at +91 9942419838 or email sanatandhan2@gmail.com with your registered phone number at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

6. Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a recurring mandate payment fails due to insufficient bank balance or network timeout, Razorpay will attempt a retry. If billing remains unfulfilled after retries, VIP Premium features will be paused and your account will revert to the standard free devotional mode.
